Francine D'Ortun has been illuminating, supporting and developing the ethical and peaceful potential of individuals and organizations for more than 30 years. In addition to solid expertise in private practice and business intervention, she has a doctorate in andragogy, a doctoral education in administration, a master's degree in counseling and psychometrics, in addition to pursuing graduate studies in rehabilitation. Francine has created and led more than 300 training courses, signed more than 100 adjudicated scientific publications, 30 research reports and dozens of documents for the general public, including manuals and chronicles. An honorary university professor, she is an associate researcher at the Centre de recherche et d’intervention sur la vie au travail (CRIEVAT-Laval University), and a member of the Ordre des Conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA).
