With a bachelor's degree in education from Laval University, a graduate degree in school administration, and a master's degree in education and training management from the University of Sherbrooke, Josée Duquette has worked in a variety of educational settings for more thirty-five years. First a teacher, then a school director and finally director of an educational service at a school service centre in Montreal, she developed participatory, transformational and inclusive leadership.
In 2018, the Association québécoise des cadres scolaires (AQCS) presented Josée with the Distinguished School Executive award to highlight her achievements as a manager and the excellent services provided to the community.
She joined the Concilium Human Capital team as a strategic training advisor. Designing, developing and providing training content are great motivators for Josée. She’s especially interested in diversity, equity and inclusion within organizations, as well as workplace wellness.
