Confronting challenges such as labour shortage and productivity and performance dictates, an increasing number of enterprises that attempt to remain competitive use experienced in-house resources as trainers when integrating new employees. However, these designated employees have no training as trainers; their employers take for granted that their experience is enough...
Our numerous interventions with enterprises show that, despite their motivation and devotion, most in-house trainers have limited resources. They would appreciate being better equipped to better carry out their mandates. “Training for Trainers” aims at meeting the needs for autonomy and agility of enterprises. This training workshop introduces designated in-house resources to essential tools that will enable them to train their colleagues and carry out their mandates efficiently, in accordance with professional standards of adult training in the workplace.
The duration of “Training for Trainers” varies between 15 and 30 hours, depending on the level of expertise chosen. The topics discussed include :
